Hume Health Returns & Refund Policy

At HumeHealth, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help guide you through the refund or return process efficiently.

HumeHealth App Refund Policy

Hume Health is designed to be the perfect companion for your wellness journey. However, if you find the product is not the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

Important Notes on Subscription Cancellation:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you to retain Hume Plus premium features until that period concludes.
  • To process your cancellation, you must use the same platform through which you originally subscribed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Apple (iOS App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Scroll down and tap on iTunes & App Store.
  3. Tap your Apple ID at the top and select View Apple ID.
  4. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
  5. Select Hume Plus and disable auto-renew.

Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap the Menu (three lines) and select Subscriptions.
  3. Choose your Hume Plus subscription.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom.

Web

  1. Visit www.getfittrack.com and log in.
  2. Click the Login icon at the top right.
  3. Enter your email and password (same as your Hume Plus login).
  4. Click on My Subscription on the left panel.
  5. Select your active subscription and click the Cancel button.

HumeHealth & Scale Bundle Return & Refund Policy

If you purchased a HumeHealth subscription bundled with a scale, we offer a 60-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, the scale must also be returned within 60 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility Criteria for Bundles:

  • The scale must be returned in its original packaging and in like-new condition.
  • The purchase must have been made directly from HumeHealth.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is proven to be defective. Refunds will only be processed once the scale is received at our warehouse.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Visit our return portal or reach out to our customer service team at support@myhumehealth.com to start the process.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Name
    • Order Number
    • Reason for Return
    • Postal Code

Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you experience issues covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, we will gladly exchange the item.

Important Notes:

  • If your request falls outside the 60-day return policy but the issue is covered under warranty, we will replace the item.
  • If the original item is no longer available, a similar product will be provided as a replacement.
